Able to multitask between tasks, projects and work as per day’s priority.
• Ability to document, take requirements, code and unit test with less or minimum supervision
• Can communicate with technical and non-technical folks equally well.
• OneStream Technical/Administrative support over 3 highly available environments
• Application management – copy/refresh, create new application, delete applications, disk space utilization
• User provisioning – manage users, roles, groups, ACM tool support, custom user provisioning dashboard updates
• User technical issues support – login issues, desktop, excel add in issues, performance issues
• Qlik dashboard integration support, Power BI
• OS ServiceNow portal for requesting support, enhancements, requests etc.
• Downstream data integrations – support existing and enable new integrations prior to golive, cutover and post cutover support
• Sftp jobs validations
• Marketplace apps management – installation, troubleshooting etc., (ACM, System Diagnostics, CAT,etc.,)
• OneStream Custom dashboards/apps management
• ServiceNow queue support and management
• Change management – myworkflow tool use and support
• Auditing – provide furnish requested evidence for controls in place
• Sit in OneStream phase 2 related meetings and enhancement requests
• Support Collins ASG application with all above OS tasks
• CopyApp, migrations support
• Monthly patching, checkout scripts, monitoring etc.,
• Lab machines end users support
• Snowflake, Matillion and Alteryx integrations with REST API
• OneStream SAP Connector, SIC integration
• Upgrades, desktop and excel clients updates/rollouts to 5k+ employees
• OneStream Workiva integrations
• OS to SAP loads automation through SIC
