Skills:
Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure concepts including infrastructure lifecycle management, hardware refreshes, and end-of-life remediation.
Experience supporting voice and telephony projects.
Familiarity with data center operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, cloud services, automated deployments, compute, and storage technologies.
Ability to understand technical concepts without performing hands-on engineering work.
Ability to manage dependencies, facilitate decisions, challenge assumptions, and maintain credibility with engineers, architects, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, meeting leadership, organization, and follow-through skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate technical discussions into business-friendly updates.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and technical dependencies within the same or multiple projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors while working in large, complex enterprise environments.
Experience managing RAID logs, project schedules, status reporting, implementation plans, and stakeholder communications.
Experience taking over projects already in flight and quickly establishing ownership.
