Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Asset Coordinator for a hybrid contract-to-hire position with a Global Agricultural and Food Corporation located in Wayzata, MN or Atlanta, GA.
Pay range: $45 - $50 per hour, W2 This role is central to a large-scale hardware refresh project involving 80,000 devices transitioning to a 48-month lease cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless coordination of the hardware lifecycle, ensuring orders flow smoothly from vendors and inventory is managed effectively. You will be actively using the ServiceNow asset management system and communicating with internal teams, end-users, and vendors.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate the hardware lifecycle for a large-scale refresh project
- Ensure hardware orders flow smoothly from vendors
- Actively use the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management tool
- Communicate with internal teams, end users, and vendors
- Forecast, coordinate, and refresh inventory to meet project goals
- Work with the procurement team to coordinate purchase orders as needed
Requirements: - 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, specifically its Hardware Asset Management tool
- Strong detail orientation with an ability to analyze numbers and ask pertinent questions
- Basic knowledge of hardware specifications (CPUs, RAM, processors, storage, etc)
- Background in PC/Hardware refresh supply chain and lifecycle coordination
- Ability to understand how changes will impact different user roles
- Able to take instruction and then execute independently
Desired skills: - Experience with PowerBI
- ServiceNow Hardware Certifications
