Salesforce Solution Architect
Our client is embarking on a fresh Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and is looking for a strong Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the charge. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the design, strategy, and overall architecture from the ground up after a prior implementation failed to meet business needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders during the design phase, bringing both technical depth and strong communication skills to ensure the platform delivers real business value.
Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite daily for first 3 months; remote flexibility thereafter)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $90-$100/hr W2 or $100-$114/hr C2C

What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and strategy for a new Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future roadmap
- Design scalable, enterprise-level CRM solutions, including application architecture, integrations, and data models
- Partner closely with business stakeholders during the onsite design phase to translate strategic requirements into effective technical solutions
- Guide implementation teams using Agile and iterative methodologies while ensuring quality, governance, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend third-party integrations and ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of progressive Salesforce delivery and architecture experience, including full lifecycle CRM implementations
- Proven experience leading Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and CRM processes
- At least 3 years in a consulting environment with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture concepts, integration patterns, API/governor limits, and platform capabilities
- Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Architect, Platform App Builder, or related) strongly preferred
