Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across
multiple practice groups - Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases
- Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve
legal workflows - Support AI pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives
across the firm - Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
- Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating AI into their
daily work - Create practical learning materials including playbooks, best
practice guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation - Evaluate new legal AI technologies and vendor solutions
- Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools (Harvey, Kira,
Luminance, or similar) - Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal
Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology
Preferred:
- Prior law practice, training program design, change
management, strong project management.
