Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) Functional Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud AR implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Receivables modules, public sector experience, and a proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations. This role requires strong client-facing skills, scope management experience, and the ability to lead functional design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) implementations
Serve as Functional Lead for Oracle Cloud AR modules
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration
Manage client expectations, scope, and deliverables
Lead workshops and functional design sessions
Provide guidance on best practices and Oracle Cloud AR capabilities
Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams
Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployment
Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Ensure successful delivery across full project lifecycle

Required Experience

Strong experience as Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR) Functional Lead
Minimum two (2) end-to-end Oracle Cloud AR implementations
Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud AR deployments
Public sector project experience required
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing scope, timelines, and expectations
