Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, analysis, and delivery of high-quality business solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, lead analysis efforts, and ensure successful implementation of complex projects.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and requirements management.
Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience leading requirement analysis sessions and design reviews.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or related analytical roles.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education requirements.

Responsibilities:

Gather, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Contribute to project planning and scheduling of requirements management activities.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and task delegation to junior analysts.
Facilitate requirements analysis, verification sessions, and design reviews.
Track, manage, and resolve open issues and risks.
Lead user acceptance testing activities including documentation, verification, and release processes.
Develop and implement end-user test plans and ensure successful execution.
Identify and document system gaps, defects, and deficiencies, and coordinate resolution.
Create and deliver communication to stakeholders and provide end-user training.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex system, software, and business process issues.
Develop solutions and workarounds for high-complexity problems.
Create detailed documentation of systems, processes, and user requirements.
Monitor project status, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate projects from concept through implementation.
Respond to policy-related questions through research and stakeholder consultation.

Should Have:

Master s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Strong expertise in business analysis best practices.
Experience coaching and mentoring teams.

Skills:

Business analysis and requirements management.
Stakeholder communication and facilitation.
Documentation and process analysis.
Problem-solving and critical thinking.
Time management and organization.
Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in business analysis or related roles.
