- Organizes and leads huddle and shutdown schedule review meetings.

- Champions continuous improvement (CI) initiatives focused on shutdown optimization and coordination of resources.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Specifies that candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 4 years of relevant job experience.
- Stay away from automotive electrical experience
Other Qualifications (Preferred)
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience maintaining State Estimator technical applications.
- Familiarity with Energy Management System (EMS) including State Estimator (SE), Contingency Analysis (CA), and N-1 conditions operating practices.
- Familiar with PSSE or TARA applications.
- Ability to provide operational feedback to improve EMS system models based on real-time measurements.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills for building relationships within the team.
