AI Engineer (Chinese Speaking) Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.

• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics use cases.

• Collaborate with Chinese clients, vendors, or internal teams (Mandarin communication required).

• Translate business requirements into AI-based technical solutions.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and accuracy of AI models.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience with APIs and system integration.

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Chinese technology platforms.

• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI automation tools.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with data security and AI compliance standards.
