Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Operation Support.

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 6 Months Contract w/ extension.
Location: Minneapolis MN– 3 days hybrid on-site role

As a Project Operation Support, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Manage daily service requests related to waste programs, including trash, recycling, and cardboard balers.
Coordinate with vendors on pickups, repairs, and resolving issues promptly.
Track and follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
Review basic data to identify trends, gaps, and cost drivers.
Support store teams with questions and troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain accurate records and comprehensive program documentation.
Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues to the core team.
Assist with onboarding new vendors and service partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong organization and impeccable follow-through.
Clear, simple communication skills with stores and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Experience with Maximo or similar work order management software.
Basic data skills, including Excel, tracking, and simple analysis.
Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Comfort working with vendors and external service partners.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25 - $27 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
