Role Summary

We are urgently hiring a Tax Accountant for an on-site position in Eagle, ID. The candidate will handle end-to-end tax preparation and compliance for individual and business clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to federal and state tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal & state tax returns (Individual, Partnership, Corporate)
• Analyze financial data, deductions, and credits for accurate filings
• Ensure compliance with current U.S. tax laws and regulations
• Support tax planning and minimization strategies
• Handle tax notices, audit support, and client inquiries
• Maintain organized tax files and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet reporting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in tax accounting / public accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations
• CPA or CPA-track candidates preferred (not mandatory)
• Experience with tax software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
