IT Delivery Lead in the Global Information Technology unit to work remotely based out of our Stamford, CT office.
Role Description The ITDelivery Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of solutions,ensuring successful deployment, integration, adoption, and optimization acrossthe organization. This role requires strong leadership, delivery expertise, andthe ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.The initial focus for this role will be on implementations on the ServiceNowplatform.
PositionResponsibilities:
Strategyand Planning - Develop, promote, and maintain strategic roadmaps
- Create business cases for new capabilities
ProjectDelivery - Lead implementations from planning through go-live.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and organizational policies.
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Validate testing and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to align solutions with business needs.
- Facilitate communications between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
OperationalExcellence - Identify risks, issues, and performance challenges with existing implementations.
- Continuous monitoring of existing implementations and identification of improvement opportunities.
- Promote adoption of capabilities and drive process optimization.
- Identify and monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements for platform efficiency and user experience.
Role Qualifications and Experience - 7+ years in IT delivery or project management roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (e.g. ITAM, ITOM, EA, ITSM, VR, SIR).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments
- Azure DevOps / Microsoft Project
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred)
Salary Range 141,000.00 - 235,000.00 USD
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the US and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
