The ideal candidate is a strategic enterprise technology leader who can bridge business, data, ERP, MDM/MDG, and integration teams while driving complex programs from strategy through successful delivery.
Candidates with 20+ years of IT experience and strong MDM/MDG plus EDI/integration program leadership are highly preferred.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Master Data Governance (MDG), and enterprise integrations/EDI to lead large-scale data and technology transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of overall IT experience with a proven track record managing complex enterprise programs involving MDM/MDG, data governance, ERP transformation, system integrations, and cross-functional technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise programs involving MDM, MDG, data governance, and integration initiatives.
- Develop program strategy, roadmap, milestones, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams across MDM, ERP, integration, data, and business teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, data governance, application, and integration teams.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Drive enterprise master data governance, data quality, data standardization, and data stewardship initiatives.
- Oversee integration between MDM/MDG platforms and SAP/non-SAP enterprise applications.
- Support EDI, B2B, API, middleware, and enterprise integration initiatives.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams.
- Provide executive-level status reporting, program dashboards, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Drive issue resolution and dependency management across multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Establish program governance, communication cadence, KPIs, and delivery standards.
- Lead organizational change and adoption activities associated with enterprise data transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of overall IT experience.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Program Manager, Program Director, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong hands-on program leadership experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
- Strong understanding of Master Data Governance (MDG) and enterprise data governance.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale MDM/MDG implementations or transformation programs.
- Strong experience with enterprise application integration and/or EDI.
- Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, data migration, data harmonization, and master data lifecycle management.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong leadership experience across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid program delivery methodologies.
