Overview

Deploy and support enterprise network infrastructure, specializing in switching, routing, and SD-WAN solutions. This role focuses on network configuration, troubleshooting, and customer implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy network switches, routers, and SD-WAN devices.
  • Support data center installations and network connectivity testing.
  • Plan and execute network migrations and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
  • Document configurations and deployment procedures.
  • Coordinate with customers and technical teams during implementations.
  • Provide post-deployment support and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and SD-WAN.
  • Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with data center networking and configuration tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred.
