Certifications in the field

Required Experience:

1. 15+ years of experience in database administration for the following database with DB2 for z/OS

2. 15+ years of experience in database administration for the following database with. SQL Server 2008R2, 2012

3. 15+ years of experience in database administration for the following database with Oracle 10g and above

4. Experience with the integrated database infrastructure

5. Knowledge of the Financial Management applications

6. Knowledge of the integrated application environment

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

1. Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS application integration, performance management and data base administration

2. Advanced knowledge of upgrading DB2 for z/OS

3. Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS catalog maintenance

4. Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS sub-system point in time recovery

5. Advanced knowledge of JCL

6. In depth knowledge of the z/OS integrated platform

7. In depth knowledge of CA GEN model management and application object support

8. In depth knowledge of ISPF

9. In depth knowledge of the ASG Scheduler

10. In depth knowledge of COBOL

11. In depth knowledge of the use and interpretation of DB2 for z/OS database monitoring tools

12. In depth knowledge of the use and interpretation of z/OS software monitoring tools

14. Solid working knowledge of z/OS started task creation and management
