Urgent Hiring for Workday Analyst (Remote)

Required Skills & Experience

1. -Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HR Technology, with at least five (5) years in Workday HCM configuration.
2. -A minimum of three (3) years in Workday Recruiting configuration.
3. -Workday Questionnaire experience.
4. -Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
5. -Strong technical aptitude and an analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
6. -Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness due to strong organizational skills.
7. -Ability to partner with other team members to achieve results.
8. -Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
9. -Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1. -Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications.
2. -Experience with writing Workday reports.
3. -Experience with Workday HiredScore.
