Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for effective solution implementation.
• Manage change control processes and traceability for requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, develop test plans, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for operational processes and project deliverables.
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or business analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with wealth management or advisory environments.
• Experience with managed account platforms.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Visio, Confluence, and Jira.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.
