Required Qualifications:

Negotiate ISDA and related financial trading documentation with counterparties
Draft, review, and manage regulatory initial margin agreements and related documents
Coordinate with internal legal, risk management, credit, and sales teams regarding contractual terms
Support contract execution processes following established negotiation playbooks and templates
Communicate with clients, counterparties, and external legal teams through calls, meetings, and email correspondence
Track documentation status, reporting, and issue resolution activities
Experience with regulatory initial margin documentation
Strong understanding of financial documentation processes and contract negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
