D365 F&O/CE Architect Integrations

We are seeking an experienced Architect – Integrations Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integrations for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable integration solutions across D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Commerce, Shopify, and InRiver PIM using Azure Integration Services (AIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead integrations between D365 F&O, D365 CE, D365 Commerce, Shopify, and other enterprise systems.
• Define integration architecture using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Data Factory.
• Architect Shopify integrations supporting orders, inventory, product catalogs, and customer data synchronization.
• Design D365 Commerce and DOM integration solutions for order orchestration and fulfillment processes.
• Establish integration standards, reusable components, monitoring, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.
• Lead code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor integration developers.
• Partner with functional teams, architects, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support integration delivery through SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or CE).
• Proven experience leading developers and integration workstreams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Must-Have Skills

• Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Data Factory.
• D365 F&O and CE integration experience, including DMF, Dual-write, Virtual Entities, and Web APIs.
• D365 Commerce and Distributed Order Management (DOM) experience.
• Shopify integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks.
• Strong C#/.NET and/or JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
• API technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and service principals.
• Event-driven architecture, integration design patterns, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• InRiver PIM or other Product Information Management integrations.
• Azure SQL, Dataverse, and EDI integration experience.
• Experience leading large-scale D365 transformation programs.
• Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products industry background.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, MB-500, or PL-400.
