ServiceNow Admin / Developer / Architect

Role: ServiceNow Admin/ Developer

Key Responsibilities 

·       Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

·       Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations

·       Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs

·       Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows

·       Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub

·       Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other ServiceNow modules as required)

·       Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines

·       Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization

·       Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders 

Required Skills & Experience 

·       Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

·       Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

·       Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development

·       Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation

·       Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)

·       Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred)

·       Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations
