Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead largescale enterprise transformation programs for a major U.S. banking client. This role is not staffaugmentation delivery and not a coordination PM role. It is a handson, outcomeowning engagement leadership position responsible for endtoend program delivery, operating within a complex, regulated environment.
The Engagement Manager will work alongside a Program Director and will be accountable for milestonebased delivery, vendor coordination, governance, and execution oversight across a highvisibility transformation initiative that includes CCaaS modernization as part of the broader enterprise program.
Key Responsibilities - Own endtoend delivery accountability for a large, complex transformation engagement
- Lead milestonebased, outcomedriven programs (not capacitybased staff augmentation)
- Establish and manage program governance, cadence, metrics, and executive reporting
- Drive delivery execution in a clientmanaged environment while retaining accountability for outcomes
- Coordinate and govern multivendor delivery teams
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate when required
- Partner closely with Program Director, client leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, and contractual commitments defined in the SOW
- Act as the senior point of accountability when delivery challenges arise
Required Qualifications (MustHaves) - 10+ years of experience leading largescale enterprise programs
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager / Senior Program Manager in a consulting or enterprise delivery model
- Demonstrated ownership of endtoend delivery for complex programs (multiyear, multivendor, multimilliondollar scope)
- Experience leading milestonebased, outcomedriven engagements (not resource or capacity management)
- Banking or financial services experience is required
- Experience operating in regulated, enterprise environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfort owning difficult delivery conversations and accountability
- Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in one of the listed locations
Preferred / NicetoHave Qualifications - Experience supporting Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) initiatives or large digital transformation programs
- Experience managing or governing programs in a clientled execution model
- Prior ownership of $10M+ engagements, either as a single program or across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Consulting background with strong clientfacing delivery leadership
Why This Role - Highvisibility, enterpriselevel transformation program
- Seniorlevel delivery ownership and influence
- Opportunity to lead outcomes, not just manage tasks
- Collaboration with experienced program leadership
- Longterm growth potential within a major banking client engagement
Who Will NOT Be a Fit
- Profiles focused primarily on staff augmentation or capacity management
- Individual contributors or handson technical leads without true delivery ownership
- Program Managers who have coordinated work but not owned outcomes
- Toolcentric or methodologyonly PM profiles without enterprise delivery accountability
