MRB Liaison Engineer - Composite & Metallic Structures| Northeast US| $100k-$140k + Relocation

A fast growing electric aviation OEM is hiring an MRB Structures Engineer to sit at the heart of their production operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the person who keeps the production line moving by resolving nonconformances quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with airworthiness requirements.
You will be:
Evaluating nonconforming parts and assemblies across composite and metallic structures, writing engineering dispositions, and representing MRB Engineering in Material Review Boards. You'll work directly with Design, Stress, M&P, and Quality teams on complex deviations, develop standard repair procedures, support RCCA and 8D root cause processes and provide technical guidance to the manufacturing floor and external suppliers.
What you need:
- A strong MRB background - around 5 years
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures: composite and metallic repair principles, design tolerances, airworthiness standards
- Familiarity with Part 23 and/or Part 25 certification environments
- CATIA/ENOVIA experience preferred
- Bachelor's in mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Engineering

- Exposure to Digital Thread or MBD environments, Stress Justification Reports, or experience across a range of manufacturing techniques and materials.
This is a permanent, on-site position in the Northeast of the US - Relocation package offered, unrestricted right to work in the US is required.
