Job Description:
We are looking for a Gen AI Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Azure. The role involves designing and delivering LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, and AI-driven services while leading technical implementation end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Generative AI and AI/ML solutions using Azure OpenAI and LLMs

• Implement RAG architectures with vector search and AI search solutions

• Build backend services, APIs, and basic UI for AI-powered applications

• Develop AI agent/agentic workflows for automation and orchestration

• Work with Azure services (Functions, App Services, ACR, AI Search)

• Perform prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and performance tuning

• Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise system design

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Azure OpenAI and LLM-based application development

• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and AI Search

• Proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS/TypeScript

• Solid Azure cloud engineering background

• Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions

Nice to Have:

• Entra ID, Managed Identities, RBAC

• Terraform or Bicep (IaC)

• CI/CD with GitHub Actions

• Knowledge of Responsible AI, PII, and data privacy

• Prior Technical Lead experience
