SaaS Implementation Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation across enterprise environments, including planning, deployment, and post-launch optimization
• Configure data sources, connectors, permissions, and indexing strategies across systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and others
• Design and optimize search relevance, ranking models, synonyms, and metadata to improve user experience and accuracy
• Collaborate with security and IAM teams to ensure proper access controls, data governance, and compliance alignment
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks
• Analyze search analytics and user behavior to continuously improve performance, relevance, and adoption
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand use cases and tailor configurations to organizational needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to indexing, latency, permissions, and data ingestion
• Drive enterprise rollout strategies including change management, training, and user enablement
• Document architecture, configurations, and best practices 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, search platforms, or knowledge management systems
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering similar enterprise search tools (e.g., Elastic, Coveo, Algolia, Microsoft Search)
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and data sources (SaaS, cloud storage, collaboration tools)
• Experience with APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript), and automation workflows
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM), SSO (SAML/OAuth), and permission models
• Experience working with large-scale data environments and optimizing performance at scale
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
