Salesforce Technical Architect

Introduction:

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce Clouds including Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. They will lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade implementations.
• Develop PoCs to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, integration, and performance optimization.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap.
• Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs and validate approaches for new development.
• Be open to hands-on coding and development work when required to ensure solution quality and feasibility.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce Clouds including Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security model.
• Expertise in data modeling, data migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Experience with integration Middleware such as Mulesoft, AWS services, and other enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Proven track record in banking and financial services environments or other large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
