Product Manager IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Product Manager IV.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Staff Product Manager responsible for revolutionizing and delivering our vision of an AI-led -done-for-me world- for our Experts across the entire E2E experience, including onboarding, training, workflows, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering AI and other breakthrough technology and experiences at scale in close partnership with data scientists, designers, engineers, program managers, and senior leadership. This person will have demonstrated excellence in the core skills of PM, from deep customer empathy (the Heart), and strong analytical and data skills (the Brain), to rallying a team and an organization around the most important priorities (the Muscle).

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
