Account Executive
Location: US (Riverwoods or Remote)

Job Responsibilities
· At least 5 years of experience playing a similar role with strong domain knowledge in issuing, acquiring, network operations & end-to-end Payment transaction flows
· Act as primary operational point of contact providing day-to-day BAU support for partners (acquirers, payment processors & aggregators)
· Ability to manage partner relationships and resolve complex issues for card transaction processing, interchange fees, settlement, disputes and file transfer, ensuring timely & accurate resolution
· Co-ordinate & complete semi-annual release certification to ensure compliance & readiness
· Play an imperative role in ensuring participants maintain compliance & remain in alignment with contractual agreements
· Lead, co-ordinate & manage onboarding a new participant to the network and decommissioning a participant from the network
· Execute strategic initiatives (infrastructure/data center moves, router upgrades, system migrations, acceptance improvement, product / regulatory implementations) by collaborating with internal teams and partners
· Report & track all system issues impacting partners and recommend improvements when necessary
· Address and resolve BAU operational challenges to maintain seamless payments operations
