Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem to deliver scalable, innovative, and efficient enterprise applications.

This position is perfect for professionals with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365, and modern automation tools, combined with consulting and analytical skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, CI/CD, and solution deployment.

• Integrate Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven features into enterprise workflows.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.

• Perform business analysis to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop scripts and automation using Python for data processing and integration.

• Apply AI and Machine Learning techniques to enhance CRM insights and predictive analytics.

• Provide techno-functional consulting, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and business users.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience in AI/ML integration within enterprise applications is highly desirable.
