Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end greenfield implementation of RSA Archer
· Design and configure Archer applications:
· Risk Management
· Compliance Management
· Audit Management
· Vendor Risk Management
· Install, configure, and customize RSA Archer platform
· Develop workflows, questionnaires, and dashboards
· Configure data feeds and system integrations (APIs, SIEM, etc.)
· Define and implement access control and role-based permissions
· Customize forms, fields, and reports based on business requirements
· Perform data migration, validation, and system testing
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
· Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
· Create technical documentation and user guides
Required Skills & Experience
· 8 years of experience in GRC tools, with hands-on RSA Archer
· Strong experience in:
· Archer platform configuration and administration
· Solution design and module implementation
· Workflows, access controls, and reporting
· Experience in greenfield / fresh deployments
· Knowledge of risk management and compliance frameworks
· Familiarity with databases (SQL) and data integration
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
· Experience with other GRC/IAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, CyberArk)
· Knowledge of scripting or automation
· Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure)
· RSA Archer certifications
· Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

· Ability to design and implement solutions from scratch
· Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
· Understanding of enterprise risk and compliance processes
