Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will:
  • Advise senior leadership as the SAP security subject matter expert (SME) on policy, governance, and implementation of SAP/SAR programs.
  • Plan and lead enterprise SAP/SAR security execution across personnel, operations, industrial, information, physical, communications, and IT disciplines.
  • Interpret and apply DoD/DAF/USSF security policy to resolve complex security issues and build effective, compliant security management programs.
  • Manage risk and incident response, including threat analysis, mitigation requirements, management controls, milestones, tracking, and periodic reviews.
  • Administer personnel security and mission assurance for SAP access (e.g., access validation, investigations, adverse information file maintenance).
  • Direct secure facility (SAPF/SCIF/TSWA) security and compliance across the facility lifecycle: standards, checklists/self-inspections, construction/renovation reviews, co-utilization agreements, and facility SOPs.

Qualifications

Required :
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 8 + years of experience supporting SAP/SAR security management, including collateral, SCI, and SAP levels.
  • 6 + years of experience supporting national-level SAP policies and security disciplines.
  • 4 + years of experience conducting security inspections, audits, and risk assessments in a multi-level classified environment.
  • Ability to work 100% of the time in Honolulu, HI.
Preferred:
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, SAPPC, or equivalent perferred.
  • Prior experience certifying and creating secure facilities including SAPF/SCIF.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $241,000.
