It starts before most guests have finished breakfast. You're walking the property, checking systems, reviewing preventative maintenance items, and making sure everything behind the scenes is running exactly as it should. From HVAC and plumbing to guest room repairs and life safety systems, you help keep the hotel operating at its best - safely, efficiently, and with pride.
No two days are the same in hospitality engineering. One moment you may be troubleshooting an AC issue, coordinating a vendor project, or supporting your maintenance team, and the next you're helping ensure a guest has a great stay because everything in the hotel simply works the way it should. You lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and understand that great maintenance operations directly impact the guest experience.

What We're Looking For- Hotel engineering or maintenance leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and repairs
- Experience leading and developing maintenance team members
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to respond to property needs, including occasional weekends or emergencies
