As the Chief Engineer, you will be the strategic leader of the hotel's Engineering department, ensuring optimal building functionality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance staff and oversee all repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems.
  • Inspect and maintain the physical features of the property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
