Job descriptionLead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation "funnel" ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 4 multi-million R&D projects and staff
- Work with the CTO on Innovation strategy
- Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
- Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
- Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers
Key Requirements- At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
- At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
- Had responsibility for the development of offerings, go to market strategy etc.
- Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
- Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
- Published at least 1 white paper or blog in the last 12 months
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders
