The Technology organization is a progressive, global team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions across the enterprise. The Enterprise Data and Application Development teams are responsible for building and supporting critical data platforms, integrations, and business applications that drive decision-making across the firm.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer (Full Stack) to support the evolution of the firm's enterprise data platform. This hands-on role combines data engineering, backend development, cloud services, and application integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, SQL, C#, .NET, API development, and enterprise data platforms, along with experience designing and supporting scalable production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Build and optimize SQL-based data models, stored procedures, and transformations.
• Develop backend applications and services using C# and .NET technologies.
• Create and maintain Azure-based solutions utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Functions.
• Design and develop APIs and service layers for data access and system integrations.
• Implement batch and event-driven processing architectures.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, scalability, and performance across the platform.
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and DevOps teams.
• Follow development standards, governance practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform maintenance.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL development, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET application development.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services including:
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Azure Functions
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and modern data pipeline architectures.
• Experience working with large-scale, distributed, or enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
