Adobe Experience Cloud Project Manager

Introduction:

Join our team at International Solutions Group (ISG) as an Adobe Experience Cloud Project Manager. In this role, you will lead client-facing initiatives that drive Adobe Experience Cloud solution implementation. You will work with a variety of key customers, partners, and internal teams to manage all aspects of project planning, from scope definition to resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements involving multiple project teams.
• Understand and communicate customer requirements and integration points.
• Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to manage scope and prepare change requests.
• Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a project from inception to closure.
• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, and utilization across projects.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope.
• Compile customer requests and deployment issues for product feedback.
• Act as the central client point of contact throughout the project.
• Provide oversight for services engagements to ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Coordinate escalations across Adobe including sales, services, and product organizations.
• Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on "add-on" sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM and AEP.
• Experience as a project manager delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.
• Client facing project management experience, preferably in a consulting role.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse teams and client stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational, team building, and team management skills.
• Prior experience with highly available, high traffic internet or mobile services.
• Understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies.
• Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business.
• Must be able to travel up to 60%.
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.

Highly Desired:

• One of the following certifications: Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront.
