Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master who operates comfortably at team, program, and enterprise scale. This individual is not only an expert facilitator but a delivery leader with deep expertise in inter-team dependency management, flow optimization, and scaled Agile execution.
The Senior Scrum Master partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and Program Leadership to ensure teams are PI-ready, execution-ready, and continuously improving. This role requires strong systems thinking, Jira mastery, and a proven ability to operate in the SAFe framework.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments
- Demonstrated success working in Scaled Agile frameworks
- Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination
- Advanced Jira expertise (dashboards, JQL, workflows, reporting)
- Proven ability to prepare teams for PI Planning and program-level execution
- Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Highly Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART
