Location: Long Beach, CA - 90815 (ONSITE)
Duration: 6-12month contract
Overview:
The IT Support Technician serves as the first line of defense for issues related to software, hardware, accounts, licensing, permissions, and more. This role manages the ticketing system and responds quickly to incoming support requests.

Top Must Have s:
Strong grasp of networking basics: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN
Working knowledge of Windows environments and Apple iOS
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Office 365 and Power Apps is a plus
Experience with MDM tools such as Meraki Systems Manager or AirWatch
Familiar with ticketing systems like ZenDesk, FreshService, and ServiceNOW
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with teleconferencing and VOIP tools including Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
