Job DetailsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, operate, monitor, and support manufacturing equipment and production processes
- Perform routine equipment adjustments to maintain quality and production performance
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, process, and equipment related issues
- Assist with equipment changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
- Monitor production output and identify abnormalities or process concerns
- Perform inspections and measurements to verify product quality
- Follow established work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards
- Document production activity, equipment conditions, and process results
- Support preventive maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production leadership to resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years manufacturing operations experience
- Hands on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
- Ability to follow technical instructions, procedures, and work standards
- Experience troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues
- Ability to use basic measurement and inspection tools
- Understanding of manufacturing safety and quality practices
- Ability to document production and process information accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented manufacturing environment
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with automated or semi automated manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance activities
- Experience performing equipment setups and changeovers
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or technical documentation
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
- Experience using precision measurement tools
- Exposure to regulated or quality focused manufacturing environments
