Instructional Designer

Title: Instructional Designer
Duration: August – October (40 hours per week)
Rate: $50-55/hour 1099
Location: remote/virtual

Responsibilities:

·        Design and develop instructor-led training (Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, slide deck, job aids, assessments, and activity builds).

·        Work from a source library (no direct SME access).

·        Produce on-brand, on-format work without changing layout or structure (locked templates provided for all deliverable types).

·        Prioritize and apply feedback quickly without losing momentum on parallel builds. 

Requirements:

·        Portfolio required – Must showcase ILT PPT samples (few slides at minimum)

·        Strong instructional design experience

·        Demonstrated instructor-led training development experience, full-suite deliverable experience (FG/PG/slides/activities)

·        Ability to build clean, polished PowerPoints and structured learning materials

·        Ability to build from synthesized source content, working within established templates and a style guide

·        Experience managing SME/stakeholder revision cycles

·        Strong personal QA process

·        Proactive communication 

·        Ability to build for an experienced, technical audience
