Overview

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of digital experiences supporting Lounge Services within a premium travel ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience managing web and mobile digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions using Agile methodologies.

This role will partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI Design, Content, Analytics, and Operations teams to build and enhance digital capabilities that improve customer experiences and support lounge operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Lounge Services digital product roadmap.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Content, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and feature delivery.
  • Define product success metrics and KPIs to measure feature performance.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure successful product releases.
  • Support testing, launch planning, and post-release validation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 7 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
  • Strong experience managing digital web and mobile products.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, and mobile application development.
  • Experience with analytics platforms and KPI-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lounge Services, Airport Lounge operations, Travel, Hospitality, Airline, or Loyalty programs.
  • Experience with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of digital customer experience and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience working with internal tools and backend services.
  • Experience in large enterprise or matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven product optimization.
