Title: IT Field Operations Specialist Support

Compensation
Pay Range:$21.07-$30.10 Per HR

Job Description:
This position involves supporting outpatient radiology imaging centers in the San Diego area. 
The role requires providing IT support for various systems and equipment on a contract basis. 
Candidates should have experience with a range of technologies and must be able to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the designated area.
Visit sites to identify and resolve IT issues and assist with equipment installation and configuration.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of supported equipment and systems.
Collaborate with vendors to escalate and resolve network and telecom issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Ability to travel to various sites as needed with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
