Role: Lead Systems Analyst – OpenText

Duration: 6+ months -contract to hire

Location:  Tampa, FL- 4 days onsite/1 day remote

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.

Bachelors degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.

Preferred:          Two or more professional certifications in specific job-related disciplines.

• Expert knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.

• - OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP
• - OpenText Archive Center
• - OpenText Content Server
• - OpenText Capture Center
• - OpenText Enterprise Scan
• - OpenText Web Viewer
• - OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP
• - Intelligent Capture Center
• - OpenText Directory Services
• - C# Programming to the OpenText API would be a very nice to have skill
• - Development experience in Opentext Exstream is an added advantage.

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  Frequently presents information to their team and department.
• Develops project plans for small projects; partners with Project Managers to develop project plans for large projects.  Assists manager with project scheduling and resource management. 
• Creates and reviews technical design specifications and possesses knowledge of development tools and technologies in support of the Information Technology Architecture. 
• Expert with the Microsoft Office suite. 
• Drives continuous process improvement for SDLC, maintenance, application support, and technology architecture.

• Lead complex software development projects and work with business partners to define technical requirements
• Select, configure, and implement enterprise software packages; coordinate closely with vendors
• Design and lead integration of applications with complex interfaces
• Provide 24x7 support for core and mission-critical applications; manage maintenance and release schedules
• Support SDLC planning phases by creating documentation, estimates, and reviewing junior team deliverables
• Lead design, development, and implementation phases of the SDLC and ensure delivery quality
• Serve as Technical Lead on projects, overseeing technical staff and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Act as a subject matter expert across multiple business domains and supported applications
• Mentor junior staff, contribute to performance feedback, and establish technical standards and best practices
