Summary

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst

Location: Meridian, IN, (Hybrid) Local Only

Position Type: Contract

Interview Mode: Webcam

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track all ODA budgets and complete Finance deliverables accurately and on time
Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure efficiency and impact
Prepare clear, professional reports and presentations for leadership with findings and recommendations
Support quality assurance processes for ODA data products
Collaborate with the Office of Performance Excellence on strategic planning and KPI tracking
Support relationship management and coordination between ODA and other divisions
Partner with leadership to test and implement new systems and workflows to improve efficiency
Provide project coordination and communications support for high priority business operations initiatives
Support IDOH Data Transformation projects and other strategic initiatives as assigned
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state statutes related to data confidentiality and privacy

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking

Preferred Experience

Experience in business operations, data analytics, performance management, or public sector operations
Experience working with cross functional teams and leadership stakeholders
Familiarity with data governance, data transformation, or enterprise analytics environments
