We are seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist D1 to design, develop, and deliver high-quality AEM-based digital solutions for Financial Services and Insurance clients. This role requires strong hands-on AEM expertise, a solid understanding of digital experience platforms, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
<>Solution Design & Development>
- Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations following industry and organizational best practices
- Develop scalable front-end and back-end modules to support content management and digital experience delivery
- Ensure AEM solutions align with functional requirements, customer experience goals, and branding standards
<>Content Management & Platform Engineering>
- Support content authors with well-structured content models, reusable components, and intuitive authoring workflows
- Optimize AEM solutions for performance, accessibility, and security
- Assist in configuring and supporting AEM Cloud or on-premise environments, including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
<>Integration & Quality Assurance>
- Integrate AEM with analytics, marketing automation tools, APIs, and enterprise systems as required
- Support testing cycles by stabilizing components, resolving defects, and validating end-to-end user journeys
<>Client & Stakeholder Collaboration>
- Partner with business analysts, UX designers, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews and best practice enforcement
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing clear status updates, risk identification, and mitigation recommendations
<>Continuous Improvement>
- Identify opportunities to enhance content architecture, workflows, and development processes
- Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to practice-wide capability development
Required Skills & Experience
<>Technical Skills>
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including:
- Component development
- Sling Models
- JCR structures
- Workflows and templates
- Dispatcher configuration and caching concepts
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with AEM front-end layers
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related marketing tools
- Knowledge of RESTful integrations, content modeling, cloud readiness, and performance optimization
<>Domain & Methodology>
- Understanding of Insurance and Financial Services processes, including policy, billing, claims, and customer journey workflows
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
<>Professional Skills>
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
- Comfort working directly with client stakeholders in a consulting-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG)
