Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather and translate FP&A and finance business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution priorities.
- Support configuration, enhancement, integration, testing, and operational activities for enterprise financial planning and management systems.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts; support system, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
- Perform data analysis, process modeling, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, and hands-on experience with enterprise financial planning systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM configuration, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, and data loads.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, enterprise systems, data flows, integrations, and continuous improvement practices.
