Supply Chain IT Business Analyst (Retail)
Location-Seattle, WA (Remote PST Hours / Locals will be Preferred for Hybrid)
12+ months
Required Skills:
Domain Expertise
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes, including:
o Inventory management
o Demand forecasting
o Order management and replenishment
• Good knowledge of supply chain planning inputs and outputs (on-hand, receipts, orders, forecast).
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Working knowledge of data lake architectures and processes such as:
o Snapshotting
o Incremental data loads
o Data versioning
Analytical Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to trace and understand complex data flows across multiple systems.
Tools & Technologies (Preferred)
• Experience with:
o Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake)
o Supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, O9, etc.)
o Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in retail industry environments.
• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
