Summary
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Configure SailPoint to meet business needs using declarative features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SailPoint implementations, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SailPoint solutions.
- Maintain documentation of SailPoint configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Integrate SailPoint IDN with out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors, including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, web services, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
