Summary

Senior Solutions Architect Lead – PeopleSoft

Location: Albany, NY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect Lead with strong PeopleSoft implementation expertise to support enterprise modernization and system integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize business, functional, and technical requirements
Analyze and document legacy system architecture
Design solutions to improve interoperability across existing PeopleSoft systems
Streamline workflows, improve data reliability, and reduce duplicate data entry
Develop technical solutions to enhance functionality while minimizing complex customizations
Identify and implement solutions for business needs not effectively supported by PeopleSoft
Participate in prototypes, proof-of-concept activities, and architecture planning
Optimize and simplify interfaces between PeopleSoft and external applications
Create future-state architecture aligned with enterprise standards and security requirements
Support project planning, sprint sequencing, governance, and SDLC processes
Prepare technical analyses, reports, presentations, and architecture documentation

Required Skills:

10+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong experience with PeopleSoft implementations and architecture
Ability to identify technical options and implementation strategies beyond standard PeopleSoft configurations
Experience developing SDLC artifacts and technical documentation
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Math, or related technical field preferred
