Job Description:
Join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, as a Retail Accounting Manager. 
This full-time role involves managing accounting operations across multiple retail brands, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting scalable systems. 
Ideal candidates will have experience in multi-unit retail accounting, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess a strong foundation in general accounting software and point-of-sale systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations for all retail entities and locations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with operations leaders to analyze store performance and efficiency.
Support new store openings with system integration and financial setup.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-unit or multi-brand retail.
Proficiency with general accounting software and point-of-sale systems.
Advanced skills in spreadsheet software for financial analysis.
Strong understanding of retail accounting concepts and multi-entity management.
