We re looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer to support high-volume creative work across marketing, communications, and internal teams. This is a professional entry-level role focused on execution translating brand standards into polished, accurate, and production-ready assets.
This role is ideal for a recent design graduate who wants to build real-world experience, can deliver speed and precision, and gain exposure to a wide range of corporate design needs.

What You ll Do
Update and maintain design assets across formats (PDFs, presentations, digital ads, print materials, and templates)
Apply brand standards consistently across pre-designed layouts and systems
Swap logos, images, colors, and copy with high accuracy and attention to detail
Create and edit forms, documents, and simple layouts for internal and external use
Work across Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to produce polished deliverables
Use tools like Adobe Express to quickly generate on-brand assets at scale
Prepare files for print and digital distribution (formatting, exporting, packaging)
Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Perform quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free and aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to execute projects efficiently

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Comfortable working in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word with a design mindset
Experience using templates and applying brand guidelines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Clear communication and openness to feedback
