Job Overview:
The candidate will serve as a .NET Full Stack Lead, taking responsibility for leading a development team in creating and maintaining web applications.
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design system architecture and database structure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Angular, .NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
- Strong experience in full stack development using .NET and ASP.NET MVC.
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with database systems like SQL Server for data storage and retrieval.
- Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in writing efficient code.
